08.15.19 Parametrix to Complete High Capacity Transit Study for Utah Transit Authority

Salt Lake City, UT – The Utah Transit Authority (UTA) has awarded a contract to Parametrix to study alternatives to extend high-capacity transit from Draper to Lehi.Currently, two routes are being discussed. One would feature transit along an existing corridor owned by UTA. The other would be west to South Jordan and then Lehi. Additional routes will be contemplated as the project moves forward. Parametrix will be working with project partners and stakeholders to consider the appropriate mode, alignment, and stations needed to enhance transit from Sandy and Draper into northern Utah County and Lehi.
