Seattle, WA – Anne Timmermans, CCM, LEED AP BD+C has been promoted to division manager at Parametrix, overseeing program and construction management in Washington state. Timmermans joined Parametrix in 2017 and has over two decades of experience in program and construction management, including heavy civil infrastructure and mega projects.
Timmermans is experienced in alternative delivery methods, including general contractor/construction manager and design-build. She has delivered projects for clients such as the Port of Seattle, King County, and Kitsap County.
She is past president of the Pacific Northwest Chapter of the Construction Management Association of America and served on the organization’s national board of directors.
