Parametrix Promotes Roché and Watson to Senior Vice President

Seattle, WA – Richard Roché, RG, LHG and Darby Watson, AICP have been promoted to Senior Vice President at Parametrix assuming overall leadership responsibility of their respective regions and serving on the company wide Operations Leadership Team.
Richard Roché, RG, LHG leads the Oregon and Southwest Washington region of the firm, which includes 120 staff with offices in Portland and Bend, OR and Vancouver, WA. He has been with Parametrix since 2002 and has over 30 years of experience as an environmental consultant providing project and program management for industrial, data center, and public clients.
Darby Watson, AICP leads the Puget Sound region of the firm, which includes 330 staff with offices in Seattle, Mukilteo, Bremerton, Puyallup, and Tacoma, WA. She joined Parametrix in 2019 and has 26 years of experience overseeing transportation and urban planning programs.
