Engineering News Record Mountain States has released their 2023 Top Intermountain Design Firms list. Parametrix was ranked number 15, up one spot from 2022. By category, the firm ranked number six in civil engineering and number four in transportation. Rankings are based on revenue generated in Idaho, Utah, and Montana in 2022.
Parametrix has 19 licensed professional engineers in the Intermountain region, which includes offices in Boise and Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and Salt Lake City, Utah. The firm’s largest project to break ground in the region in 2022 was the SH-16, I-84 to Franklin project in Nampa, Idaho. In 2022, the region generated over $25 million in design revenue, 74% from transportation projects and 23% from telecommunications.
