Large companies are those that have 150 or more employees in Washington and includes all industries.
This annual program was created by Seattle Business magazine and Best Companies Group to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in Washington. The ranking is based upon employee survey responses as well as company policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics.
