Parametrix Ranked #6 Design Firm in Northwest for Second Year

Seattle, WA – Engineering News Record Northwest has released their 2022 list of top design firms based on revenue generated in 2021. For the second year in a row, Parametrix was ranked number six out of all firms in Washington, Oregon, and Alaska.
Parametrix ranked number two in both the Northwest civil engineering and surveying/mapping sectors. In the transportation sector, the firm came in at number five. The list also ranks firms by state. In Washington, Parametrix was ranked number three and in Oregon, number seven.
Parametrix has 156 licensed professional engineers in the Northwest region, which includes offices in Seattle, Puyallup, Tacoma, Bremerton, Mukilteo, Camas, and Spokane, WA; and Portland and Bend, OR. The firm’s largest project to break ground in the region in 2021 was the $16.6 million JBLM North Access Improvements in Lakewood, WA. In 2021, Parametrix’s Northwest offices generated over $108 million in design revenue. More than half of that revenue came from transportation projects, 14% from sewerage and solid waste, and 10% from water supply.
