Seattle, WA – Engineering News-Record has released its annual Top Environmental Firms list, which ranks firms based on revenue for environmental services performed in the previous year. Parametrix maintained its ranking of no. 133. The firm has appeared on this list every year since 2003.
The top 200 firms combined environmental services revenue reached a new high of $169.7 billion in 2023. Parametrix generated $94.7 million in environmental revenue, accounting for 51% of the firm’s total revenue. Of that environmental revenue, environmental science and wastewater treatment services made up 59%. The remainder was generated by hazardous waste, air quality/clean energy, water supply and treatment, and environmental management services. The majority of the firm’s environmental clients are state and local agencies.
