Parametrix Ranked a Top Transportation Firm by Engineering News Record

Seattle, WA – Engineering News Record has released its annual Top Design Firms Sourcebook, which provides market analysis and rankings of the largest United States-based architectural and engineering firms in eight major industry sectors. Parametrix was ranked number 48 in the transportation category. This is the first year that Parametrix has appeared on the list.

Rankings are based on design revenue from transportation projects in 2021. Parametrix had $85.9 million in transportation design revenue last year, including from highway, transit, bridge, and airport projects. The firm’s top transportation projects last year included the Washington State Department of Transportation Olympic Region Fish Passage Barrier Removal, the Oregon and Washington State Departments of Transportation Interstate Bridge Replacement Program, the Idaho Department of Transportation SH-16 Phase 2 South project, and Portland TriMet’s Red Line Final Design.

Parametrix provides transportation planning and design services for cities, counties, departments of transportation, metropolitan planning organizations, and transit agencies across the Western United States.
