Seattle, WA – Seattle Business Magazine has released the results of the 2025 Best Companies to Work for competition. Parametrix ranked No. 1 on the list of the best large companies to work for in Washington State. Large companies are those that have 150 or more employees in the state and include all industries.
The annual program, created by Seattle Business Magazine and Best Companies Group, identifies, recognizes, and honors the best employers in Washington. Employees were asked to complete a confidential survey that included questions about executive leadership, work environment, communication, and training. The ranking is based on employee survey responses as well as company policies and practices.

He goes on to explain that there is a “shared purpose and accountability” among employee-owners. In addition, the firm’s meaningful work with clients creates a sense of pride and purpose.
