Paula (Ito) Arnold, PE Joins Parametrix

Seattle, WA – Paula (Ito) Arnold, PE has joined Parametrix as a senior transportation designer based out of the firm’s Seattle office. She has over 20 years of experience as a civil engineer and CAD drafter, specializing in rail and roadway projects.
Prior to joining Parametrix, Arnold owned and operated her own business providing design and drafting services. Recently, she has been a part of multiple Sound Transit light rail extension projects, including the Tacoma Dome Link Extension, Downtown Redmond Link Extension, Federal Way Link Extension, and Lynnwood Link Extension.
At Parametrix, Arnold joins the firm’s Puget Sound transportation design group, providing engineering services to public clients throughout the region.
