Scott Williams, RPA joins Parametrix

Scott Williams headshotPuyallup, WA – Scott Williams, RPA has joined Parametrix as a senior consultant with the firm’s cultural resources team. He has over four decades of experience as a professional archaeologist, providing cultural resources management and historic preservation services to private and government clients across the Pacific Northwest as well as internationally.

Williams comes to Parametrix from the Federal Railroad Administration where he served as cultural resources division chief and federal preservation officer. Prior to that, he served as cultural resources program manager at the Washington State Department of Transportation.

His expertise includes cultural resources program management and project development. He is experienced in section 106 NHPA/NRHP evaluation and compliance, Washington State Executive Order 21-02, Tribal compliance, and precontact and historical archaeological research. He holds a Master of Arts in Anthropology from Washington State University.

At Parametrix, he will serve as a senior archaeologist and manage archaeological staff in the firm’s cultural resources team in Washington State. The group provides professional cultural resources planning and management services to clients across the western United States.
