Terry Doyle, PE Joins Parametrix as New Mexico Vice President

Terry Doyle, PE has joined Parametrix as Vice President leading our New Mexico operations, which includes 35 staff providing transportation, environmental, and land surveying services. Terry has 30 years of experience in the public transportation and transit sector, including leading public agencies, guiding regional transportation decisions, and successfully obtaining grant funding.
He comes to Parametrix from Rio Metro Regional Transit District where he served as director, overseeing commuter rail and bus operations and maintenance, finance, planning, legal, and marketing departments. Terry managed a $170 million combined rail and bus budget. He was responsible for procuring and managing the Commuter Rail Operations and Maintenance Contract for the New Mexico Rail Runner Express (NMRX) and Rio Metro bus contracts. He also managed Positive Train Control implementation on the NMRX, including assembling project funding.
Previously, Terry served as Transportation Director at Mid-Region Council of Governments, leading the Mid-Region Metropolitan Planning Organization. He also served as Assistant District Engineer at the New Mexico Department of Transportation in Albuquerque, NM.
At Parametrix, he will lead the firm’s Albuquerque office which services public and private clients throughout New Mexico.
