The Lookout is a new walkable, connected lakeside neighborhood one mile from downtown Chelan. The 80-acre master-planned community provides approximately 325 homes and amenities including a waterfront beach cove, a 70-slip marina, two swimming pools, parks and playgrounds, bocce/pickleball/basketball courts, and walking trails.

The site was thoughtfully planned to achieve its goal of walkability and community by implementing an interconnected grid of pedestrian green streets and vehicle queuing streets. Many of the homes front green areas and parks, and the remaining homes sit close to the street, with large front porches and garages in rear alleys.
