Nicole Mackie Selected as Parametrix ESOP Trustee

Seattle, WA – The Parametrix Operations Leadership Team and Board of Directors have selected Nicole Mackie to serve as an internal ESOP Trustee. Parametrix has three internal Trustees who are responsible for managing the ESOP trust on behalf of the employee-owners of Parametrix.
Parametrix’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) was established in 1992. In 1999, the firm became 100% employee owned.
Mackie joined Parametrix in 2008 and currently serves as the Puget Sound Region Marketing Division Manager. She has over 20 years of A/E/C industry marketing experience; beginning her career as a marketing assistant for an engineering firm when she was just 16.
When asked why she wanted to become a Trustee, Mackie stated, “after being with Parametrix for over 11 years I have seen both the financial and cultural benefits of our ESOP. Serving as a Trustee is a way to give back and help to promote and protect our company culture and the ESOP.”
