Two transportation planners have joined Parametrix, bringing over 30 years of experience to the firm’s Nevada Transportation team.

The Keystone Bridge Replacement Project in Reno, Nevada will replace the structurally deficient bridge and improve multi-modal circulation within the corridor. Parametrix was selected in January 2023 by the Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County to provide engineering and environmental services for the project. Initial tasks include public involvement, conceptual development, study of alternatives, environmental support, and funding support.Planning has begun with construction anticipated in 2027. The project is funded in part by the Federal Bridge Formula Program in partnership with the Nevada Department of Transportation. Teaming partners on the project include NCE, TYLin, Headway, Kleinfelder, and Taylor Made Solutions.

Amy V. Kaufman, PMP, AICP has joined Parametrix as a Senior Consultant with over 25 years of public and private sector experience in transportation and strategic planning, capital program management, infrastructure asset management, and project management.

Matthew Godlove has joined Parametrix as a Senior Construction Manager with 40 years of experience in the construction industry working on county, state, and federal projects.

Chrissy Bailey has returned to Parametrix as a Senior Planner with over two decades of experience in land use planning and permitting, land development, and environmental studies.

Engineering News Record has released its annual Top Environmental Firms list, which ranks firms based on revenue for environmental services performed in the previous year. This year, Parametrix ranked 133.

Tracy Lunsford has joined Good Company – A Division of Parametrix as a Senior Planner. Tracy has over ten years of experience providing sustainable and equitable business management services.

Craig Shannon, PE has joined Parametrix as Vice President and California Regional Leader. In his new role, Craig will lead the firm’s expanding California presence, providing planning, funding, environmental, and engineering services.

Julian Franco, PMP has joined Parametrix as an Owner’s Representative with nearly two decades of experience in the civil engineering industry in both the public sector and as a consultant with an emphasis on program, project, and change management and delivery.

Amber Bailey; Shira DeGrood, RG; and Ingrid Kimball, PWS have joined Parametrix as Senior Scientists. The three bring over 40 years of experience to the firm’s Northwest Environmental Planning and Compliance team.
