Boise, ID – Engineering News Record Intermountain has released their 2022 list of top design firms based on revenue generated in 2021. Parametrix was ranked number 16 out of all firms in Idaho, Utah, and Montana. This is up from the firm’s number 26 ranking in 2021.Parametrix also ranked number three in the Intermountain transportation sector and number six in the civil engineering sector. For the second year in a row, Parametrix was ranked number six out of all firms in Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. Parametrix has appeared on the list every year since 2003.The top 200 firms’ combined environmental services revenue reached a new high of $112.7 billion this year.Environmental services accounted for 51% of Parametrix’s overall revenue. Of that environmental revenue, environmental science and wastewater treatment services made up over 85%. The remainder was generated by hazardous waste, water supply and treatment, and environmental management services.
