This program replaces an existing diamond interchange at NE 116th Street and I-5 with a new single-point urban interchange, providing much needed capacity and safety improvements.

Parametrix provided survey, engineering, and construction support for a wide range of infrastructure improvements at the camp. This included working closely with a landscape architect to design unique pathways, seat walls, stairways, and landscape features that added to the camper experience.

Vista Field is being developed using a New Urbanism model – a neighborhood-scale planning approach focused on mixed uses, active public spaces, multi-modal access, pedestrian-scale streets, and a density of development not typically found within the Tri-Cities region

Parametrix has been involved with the Seabrook development since master planning. The team has provided land use planning; landscape architecture; permitting; public agency coordination; civil site design including stormwater, sewer, water, and roads; land survey; and construction administration.

SH-16 is a new north-south highway, providing a regional connection between I-84 and Emmett and improving mobility throughout Treasure Valley in southwestern Idaho. The new highway was carefully sited to minimize impacts to the Boise River and associated floodplains, successfully balancing transportation infrastructure needs with land use goals and preservation of open space, environmental resources,

Julius M. Kleiner Memorial Park, a60-acre park offers a range of activities including a bandshell/amphitheater, fishing, basketball, baseball, bocce ball, a labyrinth, playgrounds and splash pad, open play areas, and 3.5 miles of trails and pathways.

The site was thoughtfully planned to achieve its goal of walkability and community by implementing an interconnected grid of pedestrian green streets and vehicle queuing streets.

Parametrix developed a comprehensive active transportation network for the city with a variety of facility types, from shared roadways to multi-use pathways.

As of 2021, Parametrix has completed all five segment plans for the Salmonberry Trail, resulting in a comprehensive base conditions analysis, proposed trail alignment, and implementation plan.

Parametrix is working with the highway district and city to prepare concept-level designs, including typical sections, lane configurations, alignments, right-of-way requirements, concept-level construction cost estimates, and develop an implementation plan aim at identifying construction priority.
